Thirty-one Year 5 pupils spent the final week of the Spring Term at Peat Rigg outdoor Training Centre near Pickering in North Yorkshire
for a week of challenges, adventure and fun!
Throughout the week they continued to demonstrate fantastic growth mindset, determination and resilience.
For many of these pupils it was their second residential experience, having attended Carlton Adventure near Stokesley when they were in Year 4.
The pupils were able to recall the skills and knowledge from their experience in Year 4 and apply it to the new challenges and adventure days
at Peat Rigg as Year 5 pupils through activities such as bushcraft, ziplining, low ropes challenge, problem solving, stream walks and abseiling.
